Since 2022, Tyrese has focused on premier development projects across The Bahamas, including driving luxury condominium sales at Rosewood Baha Mar prior to joining The Ocean Club. That firsthand experience selling within an ultra-luxury branded residence gives him a rare understanding of what this level of buyer expects, and how a preconstruction sale of this caliber comes together, from first inquiry to closing. Today, he serves as Sales Executive for The Ocean Club, Four Seasons Private Residences, guiding high-net-worth clients through every stage of the ownership journey with the discretion and care the address demands, working alongside Corcoran Sunshine and Corcoran C.A. Christie.
